Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on eligible orders across India. A nominal handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days in metro cities and 5–8 business days for the rest of India.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes — we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with tags intact. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I know what size to order?

Check our Size Guide for how to measure yourself at home. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a comfortable, flowing fit.

How should I care for my abaya?

We recommend gentle hand wash or a delicate machine cycle in cold water, mild detergent, and air-drying in shade. Iron on low heat, avoiding direct contact with embroidery and embellishments.

Will the colour match exactly what I see in photos?

We try to represent colours as accurately as possible, but slight variation can occur due to screen settings and lighting.
